Questions
Do I need an account or internet?
No. Everything runs on your iPhone or iPad, even in airplane mode. There is no sign-up.
Why are Decal and Precise different?
The decal multiplier treats each bend as a sharp corner. Precise draws the bend on your shoe's real radius, so marks move a little. Use the one your crew uses.
Which marks does it use?
Arrow, star and rim notch on hand benders; front edge of the hook or shoe center on mechanical and hydraulic benders. Each mark shows its color and name.
Is it accurate?
The math is tested against the worked examples in published bender manuals and a union bending book. It is a field aid: check marks against your bender before bending.
