Which mark on the bender?

Blue blocks go on the arrow, rust on the rim notch, violet on the star, dark grey on the front edge of the hook or the shoe center. "Rotate 180°" means roll the conduit half a turn before that bend.

Decal, Precise and Exact

Decal uses the multiplier and shrink printed on the bender. Precise uses the shoe's centerline radius from your bender profile. Exact is plain trigonometry with no radius, for checking by hand. Tap "Show the math" on any result to see every step. Saved sheets keep the math they were made with.

Entering numbers

Type inches, tap the feet key for feet, then add fractions: 1/4 then 1/8 makes 3/8. Hold delete to clear.

Calibrate your bender

Pro: Benders, pick your bender, Copy as my bender, then Calibrate gain. Bend a 90 in a scrap with the end flush to the front of the shoe, measure both legs, and Bendline works out the gain.

Using the level

Lay the phone flat on the conduit, long edge along the pipe, tap Zero on a flat surface first. The screen turns green at the stop angle, which already includes the springback you set for that bender.

Printing a bend sheet

Open the sheet, tap Print, and choose Letter paper. Share PDF sends the same page. Copy as text is for a quick message.

Restore your purchase

Settings, Restore purchases, while signed in with the Apple Account you bought Pro with. Family Sharing is on.

Backup

Settings, Export backup, makes a .bendline file with your sheets, benders and history. Import adds what is missing and never overwrites.
